4. All orders and payment must be made in advance prior to collection or delivery, and according to the stipulated processing time set for the respective items.

6. Please refer to the physical packaging of the items for exact expiry date and storage advice.
7. Andaz Singapore reserves the rights to alter the prices at any time, and without prior notice.
8. Prices may vary during festive periods.
9. All prices are nett and inclusive of prevailing government taxes.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY FOR ALCOHOL BEVERAGES

This return and exchange policy is strictly applicable for online purchases made on our website for wines, champagnes, beers, spirits, and cocktails. For all exchange requests, items must be in original condition, and presentation of the invoice is required. We reserved the right to duly reject any return, exchange which does not meet all mentioned conditions, deemed unfit or unreasonable.

  • Please kindly inspect the item upon receiving to check for any discrepancies, should you want to return your order item, please notify us within 7 days of product received. Exchange is only allowed for the following reason:

           1) Item received is broken
           2) Item received is incorrect

  • For items that do not meet the quality standard of the brand, an exchange can be made within 30 days of item received. Exchange is only allowed for the following reason:
    1) All returned items should should not be less than half a bottle
    2) An evaluation will be conducted by our associates to determine the quality
